Daily reflection: go beyond calmness of mind

water 4It is hoped that you have found a way to quieten your mind; to find momentary inner peace and equanimity. 

But how do you make this last?

By doing or seeking or longing for nothing balanceand no-one. By forgetting the identity you have been given or have made for yourself.

Let your energy ‘be.’ That’s all!

Can we name the wind, a drop of water, a guttering candle flame?

There is no beginning; there is no end. Just silence and stillness.
