Our lives are restricted by society, by the family, communities we feel forced to be members of. There are rules of membership, so we tend to repress our natural selves and put on the right mask to deal with this.
And eventually, because there seems no way out, we move around and around incessantly within ourselves, like a bear in a cage.
Today, at some point, step outside that incessant pattern into the air, into the stillness and the silence of your true self.
There breathing, one miracle after the other, is the only concern.
