Daily meditation: divine virtuoso

The way you use your mind is amazing – measuring, calculating, discerning, deducing, etc – but it’s only one type of tool. intellectual tools

Try listening without judging or measuring: just listening for the sake of listening, becoming the sound.

vibrate in sympathyTry sending loving thoughts to people around you who are suffering without discrimination, vibrating in sympathy with them.

Try being and breathing and keeping your mind still and silent, so that the divine can permeate and inspire you.

With mindfulness, we can fine tune the sonorous instrument of our minds and become a divine virtuoso.
